The system features six independent drying chambers, each with dedicated capacity. The chambers can operate either in parallel or in sequence, ensuring maximum production flexibility and process continuity.

For this installation, loading and unloading are performed manually — but full automation is easily achievable whenever required.

The extracted water is fully recovered and can be reused within the process, for example for raw material washing, contributing to a significant reduction in resource consumption.

The process safeguards the natural taste, aroma, colour, and nutritional value of fruits and vegetables, ensuring superior product quality.
